Hair Machine Gift Voucher Terms-and-Conditions

Gift vouchers issued by Hair Machine are redeemable for services Only offered at our salon locations. 

They cannot be exchanged for cash or used for gratuity payments.

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of “24 months, unless it isn’t indicated on the voucher” from the date of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that the voucher is used within this period.

This will not apply to donation or other vouchers that may have expiration date indicated on the voucher. 

Upon request, we may consider extending the validity of a gift voucher for a limited period, subject to management approval. 

Extensions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Hair Machine is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Please treat your voucher as you would cash and keep it in a safe place.

We also have a record of all vouchers sold and it would be kept safe in your client card.

Gift vouchers cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated. 

They also cannot be used for purchasing additional gift vouchers.

Appointments for services must be booked in advance, and availability is subject to the schedule of our stylists and technicians. 

We recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Our standard appointment cancellation and no-show policy applies to services booked using gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the recipient named on the voucher.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or other services.

Hair Machine reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of gift vouchers at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website.

By using a Hair Machine gift voucher, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
