Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

If you need to make changes to your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services.

In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice) or a no-show, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. 

The fee is intended to cover a portion of the costs associated with preparing for your appointment and the lost opportunity to accommodate other clients during that time.

• Late Cancellation (Less than 24 hours' notice): Hair Machine reserves the right to charge applicable deposit for the service/s cost.
• No-Show (Failure to arrive without notice): Hair Machine reserves the right to charge applicable deposit for the service/s cost.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us by phone or via email.
