How blonde you can go depends on your hair, so we look before we promise anything.
You start with a senior stylist, who goes through your colour history with you. Then the Kérastase K-Scan checks your hair and scalp, and you watch the screen with us.
You leave that chat knowing the shade, how many visits it takes and what happens at each one. We don't mix a thing until you've agreed.

Allow up to 4 hours. Priced by stylist level and confirmed at your consultation. May vary for longer or thicker hair. Afterpay and Laybuy at both salons, minimum spend may apply.
Three things decide it: the colour you're starting from, the colour already in your hair, and its condition. A natural light brown lifts differently from a dark box colour, and hair that's been lightened before behaves differently again. The K-Scan also shows dry ends and a sensitive scalp before we start, which can mean a gentler first visit.
It depends on where your hair starts. Hair that is already light, or has never been coloured, can often reach blonde in one visit. Dark coloured hair usually needs colour removal and double process lightening over more than one visit. Your stylist tells you the number after your scan.
Usually, yes. Brassy or patchy blonde can often be corrected with toner. Bigger problems may need colour correction over more than one visit. Your colourist looks at your hair and tells you what can be fixed before anything is booked.
